Laura White, UCP Executive Director 

Laura has been with UCP of Tampa Bay for 12 years. Before being promoted to Executive Director, she has been a speech therapist, the speech department coordinator, and the Therapy Services Manager.  She has spent the last year learning about all of our programs and developing her skills in project management, leadership skills, and finance. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders, a Master’s degree in Speech Pathology, and a Certification in Nonprofit Management and Innovation from the University of Tampa. Laura’s experience and expertise has been, and will continue to be, an integral component to our rebuilding process.

Amy Moore, UCP Controller

Amy is responsible for UCP's Financial Departments. She received her B.S. in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of Central Florida.  Amy has more than 15 years of experience in Financial Reporting, Business Development, Process Improvement, Operations, and Project Management with strong implementation capabilities. She previously held the position of controller with a Professional Employer Organization (PEO) and an advertising/public relations firm.

Patti Hansen, UCP Director of Grants and Program Development 

Patti is responsible for securing grant funding for ongoing program operations and program development. She coordinates community awareness, public relations and media events for UCP of Tampa Bay. Patti joined UCP in 1991 as a speech therapist. She obtained her BA from the University of Florida and earned her Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of South Florida. She is a member of the American Speech and Hearing Association, American Association of Grant Writing Professionals, the Tampa Gator Club and the University of Florida Alumni Association.
